Liza Wajong
Together Everyone Achieve More is her passionate line that keeps her going
in serving the community.
She came to Canada in 1999 and started to participate in one of community programs at PIRS (Pacific Immigrant Resources Society). She is now working with PIRS as Volunteer Coordinator.
She is also a Chairperson with the Indonesian Association of BC (PERMAI-BC), the voluntary organization that serving the Indonesian-Canadian community in BC since 1995.
She has an interest in Indonesian Textiles - Batik & Weaving - and
she has been doing presentations to share the beauty of its intricate
design, philosophy and method.
